A note from us.
BBy 6pm on a Wednesday you have two real choices.
One is heat-and-eat — Factor, HelloFresh, Green Chef, etc. The meal is fine. It costs $12-15 a person, arrived in dry ice four days ago, was cooked for thousands of people in a kitchen you'll never see by a chef who doesn't know your name, and then refrigerated, packed, trucked, delivered, and left on the porch for an three hours before you opened it.
The other is DoorDash. By the time tax, service fee, delivery fee and tip have all settled in your lucky to spend less than $100. It's hot, it's fast, and tomorrow night you'll do it again.
Both have something in common. Neither was cooked for your house. Neither knows your kid won't eat onions. Both use wasteful packaging and expensive delivery.
What's missing -- a real meal, cooked today, by someone who knows your family enough to leave the onions out. For roughly the cost of the groceries. No subscription, no shipping, no BS.
